 This is a tribute performance to QueerBeograd 2008 where some participants have been attacked by a group of organized fascists.And again on september 24th in SaraJevo 150 fascists attacked the activists at the first Queer Sarajevo Festival. We don't forget also the recent and heavy italian facts of intolerance. We are proposing this action to the LGTBQ crews around the world as an idea born in an assembly during QueerBeograd festival. Every town is linked to Belgrade and to Sarajevo! INSTRUCTIONS: Persons involved: at least 10. Among whom: 4 active e as a minimum 2 as flyers givers. Materials : at least 10 clews of shocking pink wool,4 scissors. The performers put themselves, randomly, in a public street at various distances. The 4 people with the wool clews will start to tie the fingers of the other 6 persons with the yarn among themselves. In different ways and with various lenght. From the fingers the yarn will pass through other body's parts and clothes until involving other parts of the urban landscape (trees, benches, road signs). Possibility to involve the passers-by and to play with them. We'll create a network more or less thick at different heights, very visible and colourful. The 2 flyers givers will hand out the photocopied flyer with a text in English about the visibility in your town, about creating connections, about the presence and the visibility in the urban survey. This is not a dogma! One performing person putting up a yarn in a street and having himself photographed may be enough! ORGANIZE YOURSELF IN YOUR OWN TOWN AND DIFFUSE IT!!
